Overview

As a claim assistant professional we do all the paper work for you.  We contact the insurance review your medical policy to maximize your insurance benefits.  Our office will appeal the denied or rejected claims on your behalf.  If you are uninsured we will work with your physician office to reduce your financial responsibility. If you have multiple insurance plans we will submit the claims for you to maximize your benefits.

• We complete all primary and secondary insurance forms and send them to the proper agency.
• We coordinate all medical bills and Explanation of Benefits forms.
• We correspond with your insurance companies and doctors on your behalf.
• We figure out what you owe to your hospital, pharmacist, clinicians, and other doctors.
• If uninsured we will work to reduce your medical expenses.
• We assist you to find funding in your area through local government, charities or grants to help with living or medical expenses related to your  your diagnosis.  
• Our goal is to ease the nightmare associated with medical bills.
• If you have been diagnosed with a terminal/chronic illness and need assistance in finding appropriate care in your area we are here to help.
• If you require prescriptions and have no insurance we will assist you in finding the assistance you need.
  

We will find the physician's in your area who specialize in your diagnosis if you have a rare form of cancer or as common as diabetes we will make sure that they participate with your insurance before the appointment is made. 

We can also help you gather your records from previous physicians.

After contacting one of our patient advocates we will assess your situation to see how we can help you.  If your medical provider is contracted with us to provide this service there is no fee to you for our services.  Our contracts are based on your need, we offer the following flexibility with our contracts:

• For terminally ill or chronic illness our yearly contract will cover every date through out the year.  If you have previous dates that you need assistance with this can be included in your contract as well. 
  
• Semi-annual contracts that can be renewed at the end of each term. 
• If you are having difficulty with just a few bills we recommend submitting the claims for our free pre-evaluation.  After we review the situation we will send you a proposal based on the amount of time to resolve your issue.
