Patient Medical Claims Assistance, LLC

After spending many years working in the providers office from medical billing to business management and advocating for my father who had a rare type of cancer.  I found a desire to help other medical professionals and patients who are in need. 

We take the headache out of the billing process for the medical professionals and allow them to concentrate on treating their patients.  We assist patients who have no experience with insurance or finding help so that they can concentrate on staying healthy. 

Our staff is experienced in the medical field, we have all HIPPA regulations in place.  We maintain confidentiality on all patients.  We can analyze your practice and tell you how our services will increase your reimbursement.  Our services can be contracted on an as needed basis or can eliminate in-house staff.    

Every patient advocate has experienced difficulty with either a family member or friend.  We know first hand how to work through the insurance nightmare.

About the Owner:

 I spent 15 years in the medical field, I have worked in the following specialties:  Internal Medicine, Pathology, Laboratory, Orthpedic Surgeon, Nursing Home, Counseling, Mental Health.  I have always enjoyed the billing process, appealing denied claims for payment has always been a specialty.  I feel the best service is the one where the provider receives his/her approriate reimbursement and the patient is treated in a respectful manner.
